SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has delivered, we will send you a delivery confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on UPS, FedEx, USPS sites.

 

What are your delivery options?
 
Deliveries will be available across all UAE. offers a free delivery service for large items and smaller items are delivered by UPS. Please refer to the table below for shipping cost indication.

PAVONE Tailoring offers a free delivery service for bulk order minimum 5 items of any PAVONE dresses and gowns. We deliver six days a week, Saturday to Thursday and you are able to define us a delivery time that suits you.

When purchasing your item, please remember to provide a mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival and they will deliver the item to a room of your choice.

Before ordering, you should first check the delivery checklist to ensure the team can deliver to your home.

Please note: We regret that delivery is not available in some areas. All delivery slots are subject to availability. We will contact you to arrange delivery times for these products.

 

How do I return an item?
 
  1. Depending on the return policy, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip. Alternatively, we may ask you to wait to reach out to provide next steps for the return, such as in cases of oversize or heavy items or when sending an item back .

  2. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the delivery  label, and send the item back to us. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It's a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.

How can I contact your couriers?

On a missed collection or delivery, the courier may choose to leave a contact number on the calling card. However, our couriers do not have to leave their details as they are self-employed and use their personal mobile phones.


We are unable to provide you with the couriers' contact details due to data protection laws, but we can contact the courier on your behalf, in regards to a delivery.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

For now, We won't be able to provide International delivery but sooner. We update anytime .

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.

Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned items, we will credit your account within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.
 

Important Information

  • If items are returned after our 10 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A merchandise credit or refund will not be credited to your account.

  • Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.  

  • If an item is returned to us in error (order not placed on our site), we will deliver your merchandise back to you.

  • Please review our other return instructions for Damaged or Incorrect items.

  • If you are looking to return a gift you received, please bring the reciept for more information.
